The communication between my therapist and me was excellent and timely. I never felt time was wasted and I benefited from my time with the doctor.
My only critique is that the platform was a bit glitchy during our sessions, however, we were able to overcome it. You can imagine it is a challenge in this kind of work to maintain a connection, but we did.
