The company is a total scam, they are nothing more than thieves. Purchased this just over a month ago and still have not been able to use it. It is defective. And I did not receive what the ad stated, no DVDs and no instructions on how to use. Tried to log into their portal, but all I get is a blank screen or error message.
Contacted the company, no phone, email only. When I tried to send pics of the unit they blocked my email. They responded to my emails until I sent pics, now I am blocked.
Filed a complaint with the BBB and the card company and so far they do not respond. Absolutely a rip-off.
