One updated note. They said a supervisor would call me. I gave them the time I would be available and they confirmed. No call. Just par for the course.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Worst experience ever!

I don't even know where to start with this wretched company.

I ended up trying four different pairs of jeans and only one fit. The final pair (ordered the exact same style and size as ones that had fit) were too baggy. I washed and dried them, hoping they'd snug up. They didn't. The company asked for a review and I left them an honest one. THEY CONTACTED ME about my review. I told them right away that I'd washed and dried them. Then they had me jump through hoops THREE TIMES, asking for photos, then measurements, then PHOTOS OF THE MEASUREMENTS. It took me over an hour of taking pictures and corresponding. They wrote back saying that, yes, the jeans were mislabeled. Their fault. Finally. So they asked if I wanted them hemmed or exchanged. Since they were too baggy ALL OVER (which they knew), I asked for the exchange. Then they told me...hold one...that because they were washed, they wouldn't exchange them! Hahahaha. I'd told them on day one they'd been washed.

These people are crazy. Their clothes don't fit. They don't listen. And they have a train wreck of a customer service department. I've had really good success with both RevTown and DSTLD jeans. I will be sticking with them into the future. Stay away from Mott & Bow.
