It will be fast approaching one year since I've been using the BetterHelp network. I've been seeing Dr. Ford for that entire time. I have attended group sessions as well. I have had homework presented to me through my therapist by way of worksheets and things that help me think about what's going on and help me process life changes without having extra anxiety placed on me. The fact that the BetterHelp network is so flexible it can meet around your schedule, and your flexibility through video through phone or messaging makes a world of difference and trying to seek help to better yourself. I would recommend this program to anyone that needs someone to talk to.
