BetterHelp is a great and cost-effective resource when you need guidance in your life. There are licensed professionals from all over the country on the site. They will pair you with a therapist or you can choose your own. Additionally, you can do a free group therapy session once a week as well. There is the option to do phone, video, or chat for your sessions as well. I like that they make things flexible and easy, because when you’re feeling down and out, you need easy. Or at least I do.
