Amazing. As a mental health nurse, I have been recommending therapy for everyone but not practicing what I preach. And now I am. BetterHelp makes it easy and convenient to get therapy. And overall, I must say, I’m happier. I still have issues. But my therapist and I are making great work on solving and recognizing my problems.
