I was very skeptical about using BetterHelp because I had never had therapy that wasn’t in person before. My therapist, Kelli, is amazing. We talk over the phone once a week but I can text her any time 24/7 if I need anything. BetterHelp is always checking to be sure things are going well. It is a very organized and well-run system that really works!
I don’t have time to find a therapist and then drive to see them. BetterHelp brings the therapist to me. They matched me up with the perfect person for me. If it hadn’t worked out with the first therapist they would’ve just matched me with someone else.
