I live in a rural area of 2800 people so to get any quality care I have to drive 2 hours. That’s where BetterHelp is extremely helpful because I can see my therapist from the convenience of my home. I love the group sessions on various topics so not only am I benefiting from individual therapy, I also get to connect with therapists on other topics that affect me and deep dive into it, I highly recommend the service.
