I signed for a trial of 3 deliveries.
Was able to choose two and the third one was sent randomly (fine, my error, their website is designed the way you just focus on buying more and add-ons not actually managing your subscription).
Anyway, to my surprise a month later they sent another box which I hadn't ordered and they charged me for it! More to that, when I refused the delivery, they said I was supposed to let them know 5 days in advance?!
So for 9 meals they charged me more than £100! This is more expensive than takeaway!
And it looks like despite the fact that I canceled the subscription, they will keep charging me (their business model is 5 days for us to take your money but 1 day for actual order processing)!
Scam. Beware. Their customer support can only apologise and ignore your queries, without even registering the complaint!
Switching to Gusto!
