I enjoy my therapist's insights and compassion. She helps me look at issues in ways that I can understand. The worksheets, journals, and available groups are very helpful. I work nights, and it is wonderful to be able to share in a text my concerns. She always responds quickly, which is so helpful. It's like having a support system on speed dial!
