Not only is it very convenient, but it retains a high value. The therapist I found works well with me. I feel safe, heard, respected. Helping me navigate the waters has been such a God send. The resources in the app are amazing too. Group therapy sessions, emergency reaching out, countless others. I can't recommend BetterHelp enough.
