BetterHelp has honestly helped me so much. I was struggling with the financial side of things and I messaged them about it and they helped me lower my membership. They also gave me extra group sessions because I really find them helpful. My therapist is absolutely amazing. I felt lost and hopeless. Now I can honestly say I'm excited to feel normal.
