Started using the ProPlant shakes one month ago. I have been replacing my lunch with a shake about 6 days per week. Food cravings are way down, and I have dropped about 15 pounds thus far. The only downside has been bouts of constipation. At first, I thought it was because I was eating so much less, but I now think it is about what I'm eating (or not eating). I'm not overly concerned and will definitely continue with the shakes.
