Well, I am grateful I found BetterHelp and it’s been a great experience so far for me. I had not heard of it and was googling support groups and found it. The process of signing up was so simple and I was approved for financial assistance making it just as reasonable as traditional therapy. But this is better than traditional therapy. Before I was matched with my wonderful therapist Marie I attended a support group. I really needed it that day and found it so helpful. Then I got to meet Marie and I see her weekly. So with BetterHelp, I get to see my therapist, attend groups and I can also take classes all from home. I can message Marie if I need to and keep a journal with this service. I have ended the relationship with my former therapist. Too difficult to get in, and I just feel Marie gets me more. Thank you very much!
