I had considered online therapy for many years, then finally had the courage to give BetterHelp a go. The platform is incredible and I highly recommend it. The ability to be paired with but then also choose a therapist that works best with you and your goals is awesome. I also have enjoyed a few webinars. The site is super easy to use. The only aspect I don't like is the limited options for sessions. I wish I could pay per session. But also, the support I received while I was unemployed was great from BetterHelp and allowed me to continue my sessions.
