I wrote that title because that was the one word I felt described BetterHelp. I am a very closed-off person and bottle everything up. I tried therapy in the past and it was a nightmare. This year, I needed help and to talk. I kept seeing BetterHelp advertised everywhere and decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, I am extremely happy I did. The company itself is amazing and the setup of the online version of therapy has been truly phenomenal. For someone who hates leaving the house, this has been a huge help!
