BetterHelp has been so instrumental for me this year. I've tried in-person therapy but it just wasn't as effective as BetterHelp. I love that I can do my session from anywhere, and being able to send a message to my therapist as things come up has been incredible! Highly recommend everyone try this service if you've ever even thought about trying therapy.
