My praises can’t be any higher regarding BetterHelp. It’s an excellent platform, it offers therapy at an affordable rate, with well-qualified therapists. I’ve been with BetterHelp for over 6 months and I cannot find anything to complain about. If I were to be petty, I would mention the fact that I attended this group session every week (we were going through a series on DBT) and one week I was like 7 minutes late and I wasn’t allowed to enter. That threw me off balance a bit because I was trying not to miss any sessions in the series. Outside of that, I’ve had zero issues. I’d recommend BetterHelp 100 times over. I actually did and I got a free week when my friend signed up. Take the plunge. You won’t regret it!
