I was skeptical when I ordered my 30 day supply, but I noticed an immediate difference within a few days. I felt alert and sharper and have an all around feeling of well being. I noticed after running out of my 30 day supply that I did not feel good, had low energy and not as sharp as before. I quickly ordered a 90 day supply and I will continue to use this great product. As a 49 year old female I really needed to do something to improve how I was physically feeling. This product is great.
