I use the product 3–5 times per week. Lately, I have been using it almost every day. I mix up a shake generally mid-morning.
It is relatively easy to blend in a blender. I tried a shaker but couldn't get a good mix. Even in the blender, it is a little gritty but tolerable.
The chocolate taste is okay but not great. I mix it in 8 oz. of cold water in a blender.
I am 81 (will be 82 in December) and walk and exercise 30 minutes or more a day. I am very active in doing yard work, house work and taking care of grandchildren (6 and 8 years old). I lift weights as well 3–4 times a week. I don't notice any difference as of yet by using this product.
I am hoping that I will have more strength and improved sleeping. My recovery is the same as before taking this product.
