I can’t recommend this life-changing app any more than this. Do it and do it now. I’m so thankful, I signed my 20-year-old up as well. One-on-one therapy, group, and classes are all at your fingertips. This life is hard and confusing and we don’t have to do it alone. I found the most amazing therapist, it took a couple of tries but it was quick to find who I clicked with and the groups are so incredible. Whoever founded BetterHelp has created a legacy and is honestly saving lives. It got really dark for me for a while and I’m very thankful.
