I love BetterHelp, they really chose the right name for what they are providing.
The first experience I had with one of their counselors was bad, but they directly found another one that fits better to my needs, and offered me 2 sessions. I really appreciate that.
They are amazing at resolving any issue you have, for instance, I had some payment demands, and they really took into consideration my issues and helped the best they could.
These people have a great sense of humanity and really want the best for their clients. They are not here just to make money.
Very caring and this is rare in this world!
