I've been with BetterHelp for a few weeks now and I can't say enough good things about it. I am allowed to change therapists but so far have had no reason to. I filled out the survey and they matched me up with a therapist and she has been a life changer. The great thing about BetterHelp is I am now working with someone from a different country a long way away from me but she is perfect for me. Without BetterHelp I would have never found her. I also love how easy it is to schedule and reschedule. BetterHelp is doing exactly what the name of the website says it will do. It's "better-help"... better than I've ever had before. I want to thank the company and thanks to my therapist Amy in particular. I look forward to many more sessions.
