BetterHelp is standing by its name. I feel so much better. I was skeptical about the therapy. But I am grateful for the platform. It is very helpful and convenient. It is a different experience but I am thankful for the help that I am receiving. I started off with phone sessions and now I do video sessions. My therapist is awesome, supportive, and even checks in on me in between sessions. There are assignments and journals on the platform for me to use to help me. I’m super excited about the changes that I’m making through BetterHelp. Thank you.
