I believe having a weekly therapy session is crucial for proper healing, but I was surprised about how much BetterHelps journals and group sessions have been helping me.
Pros and Cons:

Being able to talk to therapist every week
The lack of lenguage variety
Not being able to search for worksheets by myself (I think it could be interesting)
