Well, I don't have a lot of time, because my life is very hectic. BetterHelp offers options that work around my schedule. All of the counselors are very nice, and even though I don't have much time, once a week is better than nothing. Everyone needs a little help sometimes. I'm grateful that BetterHelp is here for me.
