I spoke with someone in July who told me I had until Oct 31st to cancel my subscription. Then when I got charged on the 27th, I called to see why, and they said, "No, you need to call BEFORE the next shipment date." I contacted customer service (who had the convo on file) and they did nothing to help the 79-dollar charge I was issued, for something I did not order. This is not the first time I've had bad customer service with them.
