I find the shake to be delicious. I am currently experimenting with 2 scoops vs 1. One is what is recommended but there is only 10g of protein per serving. This is why I am using 2 scoops for 20g of protein. The consistency with 2 can be close to pudding. The consistency with 1 is just right.
