It does give me a boost in energy and does seem to quench my appetite once I have it all down. I would be using this every day if it tasted better and actually completely dissolved when I mixed it up in my shaker container. I mean I have tried shaking it vigorously to try and get it to completely mix in almond milk, but it still leaves small bits behind. I have to actually mix in a teaspoon to a tablespoon of chocolate syrup to get the taste to where I can drink it.
