I personally find the platform really helpful and interactive, it is full of content that inspires you to get done the personal work you need to do. There are classes you can follow about many different topics that I find extremely interesting and helping to dig more in whatever journey you are on.
There is the journal section that is always inviting you to write about different topics, so that you can write whatever you feel even if you are not used to do it, and having the chance to share it with the therapist as well!
As I have not much privacy at the moment, I can record messages and send them to my T in between sessions and that helps a lot.
