BetterHelp has been really helpful for finding different therapists easily and quickly. I may add that it takes a couple of tries to find a therapist that actually fits what you need, especially if you have had therapy before and know what you’re looking for. However, it’s worth sticking out until you can find someone that fits your needs. It’s a little glitchy but works overall.
