One of the best therapists

Overall Experience:

I have learned a lot during my time at BetterHelp, but it is mostly because of my therapist.

She has been very kind and understanding of my problems, and she is helping me to cope with daily stressors.
Pros and Cons:
- The therapy is over the phone, so you don’t have to rush for your appointment
- Comforting experience being at home
- Talking to the therapist of your choice
- Not being able to meet up
- Pricey for one small session
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
