It's been useful being matched with a therapist online, although it would be better for 1 hour-long sessions and not 45 minutes. Also, because the platform is based in the Northern Hemisphere, the time zones for group sessions and topics are seldom amenable for those based in the Southern Hemisphere. But the options to do daily journalling and group sessions as part of the package are good to have, and paying extra for more than 1 session a week also provides flexibility for those that want/need it.
