I am loving my experience with BetterHelp. My therapist is prompt, informative, understanding, and quick to respond to my messages. Tita has truly given me a safe space to talk about any and everything I'm thinking and going through. She's allowed me a space to truly be myself. I was SO skeptical about an online therapist but my past success with an in-person therapist and the fact that BH was gifted to me made my decision a bit easier. My first month was paid for by a friend, but I'm gonna pay for the next year on my own.
