I am enjoying therapy through BetterHelp. The therapist I was assigned to is amazing, kind, and compassionate. She is helping me process things through a difficult time in my life. I love that throughout the week I can communicate with her via message if needed. There are extra classes you can take as well. They are also reasonably priced, which is a struggle with therapy.
