Just what I needed!
- Length of Use: Less than 3 months
Overall Experience:

I knew I needed to get some therapy at this time, but I also knew how expensive it could be, and I am on disability, so my funds are limited. And then I saw BetterHelp's ads on TV, and I got excited. What made it even grander was that they offer financial assistance that I was able to take advantage of. And I was able to find the perfect therapist for my needs. Plus, their customer service has been awesome.
Pros and Cons:
- Their pricing
- The ability to select the therapist who suited me the best
- Customer service
- The questionnaire, only because you can't make changes (i.e., go back to previous questions), while you are in the questionnaire, I didn't realize you could update it later once you finished filling it out
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
