    I appreciate this platform to connect and feel this is an important step in the right direction for me. I believe all the time it took for me to start would have been worthwhile to begin sooner.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Someone at your fingertips to work with you
    • The ability to prioritize oneself with ease
    • Matching a good fit to my needs
    • The cost is high for most people to afford
    • The high cost to get therapy
    • The cost basically is the only concern
