Life saver

Overall Experience:

I spent ages chasing up all kinds of psychologists, spent ages waiting for appointments that were few and far between. With BetterHelp, boom — got a therapist immediately. Boom — weekly sessions right off the bat, no need to wait weeks when you really need support. BetterHelp are life savers.
Pros and Cons:
- Weekly sessions
- Fantastic therapic
- Kind — the hardship program for a reduced rate was profoundly valuable to my mental health
- The app itself could be a little better, there were occasional glitches but nothing major
- I can't think of any other constructive feedback — BetterHelp have been amazing
