I have enjoyed the ease in use of the overall platform, I appreciated how easy it was to be matched with my therapist. I have been with her for over a year now and I’m so happy I took the leap into this app. I am a healthcare professional who works crazy hours. The ability to book online with multiple options of contacting your therapist by phone, text or video call is the only way I’d be able to participate.
I have recommended and sent many of my colleagues the BetterHelp app.
