My daughter ordered a MUD\WTR for me at full price. I ordered MUD\WTR for my friend at 50% Black Friday. The full-price bag was 5 months newer than the discounted sale.
I offered to keep the auto-shipment if they would exchange the questionable product for a fresh container. He [the customer service rep] said that the owners of the company would not allow him to exchange the product without me paying for the return shipment. I feel like the Customer Service Department is run by children.
The product tasted fine, but I canceled the auto-shipment because it was the fault of MUD\WTR, sending aged inventory to me and then making the return postage at my expense. I'm trying the competitor. I hope they are more mature than Customer Service at MUD\WTR. I feel tricked.
