I do notice a difference in energy and I have discontinued my cholesterol medicine. I have made some changes in exercise and diet. I will see in 6 months after making these changes and using this product how my blood tests come out and how I feel. I think the combination of these things will bring good results. I do think the longer trial of 6 months will give me a better idea of my progress. Thank you.
