I of course was skeptical at first because of all the other products that promise so much and never seem to help. I am 53 years old and have been dealing with osteoarthritis for some time. No this doesn't cure that of course, but it has helped me in many other ways. More energy, which helps me with my arthritis by keeping active. I sleep better, I get 8 good solid hours of sleep now. It has overall just made me feel better. I have been taking it for a month or so now, and just ordered a 6 month supply. My wife is going to start using it to so I'm sure she will be leavings review also. Hopefully it helps her like it has me. I would try it if I were you.
