During the first week I didn't really notice or feel any differences within my body, but by the end of the second week I noticed my legs and hands weren't falling asleep like they normally would when being in a certain position for a long time. I have high blood pressure and I when checking it, it was noticeably lower then what it would normally be before I started Vita Pulse. Great product. Will continue my use regularly!
