After almost 2 months of use, I appear to have a clearer short term memory. I have had no side effects and can keep up with my daily job of walking stores, scanning and doing resets. I don't know if it has helped with cholesterol level, since I haven't been tested since starting. (Mine is border line high.) All in all I believe it has helped improve my overall circulation.
