I'm not sure if this is the product that brought down my numbers but they are lower. In fact, I went from 259 total cholesterol before taking this to 239. I do feel this has helped because I do not take any prescription drugs and my doctor is happy that my numbers are moving in the right direction.
I have only been taking this for about 6 weeks now so I'm hoping that in the next 3 months, when I'm tested again, they will be even lower.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
