I am now 79 years old, and I have taken many other dietary supplements recommended to me over the years. This is the first one that within a week, everybody who has come in contact with me have said, "WOW, you seem so much happier, healthier, and you appear actually healthier and younger." The thing that surprises me is that I have taken 2 of the 3 supplements on their own with no obvious difference, but the 3 products together have been an amazing difference in my total demeanor. I have recently had an appointment with my Harvard trained internist, and he has said, "you seem so much more relaxed, confident, happy and really healthier." As, he has his own supplements, I decided not to admit what I am now taking. It has helped my regularity, and allowed me to begin walking with out a cane, even though I have neuropathy of my legs, and a bad spine. I have a brother, who is a Doctor in Palo Alto, who has 4 sons who are Doctors, and are thrilled my health and mental mood is now better. What an amazing product.
