This is my favorite pan, now. Nothing sticks. No fat. I love how evenly the pan heats. My only advice would be to warn customers more that foods cook faster, browns faster, de-glazes faster. I burned the first three meals I cooked because the pan heated so damn fast. It's also great to go from stovetop to oven to table. I did my own crown roast that was probably the best I've ever made.
