I love this product. It gives the 3 key nutrients in one product which saves me a bundle.
I have only been on it for about a month and a half and feel as though I am now starting to notice the benefits. I'm experiencing more energy and my heart condition seems to be a bit more stable. I just finished a 16 km mountain hike on the weekend.
Being 62 with a heart condition, I was a bit leery but I did great and feel this product definitely contributed to my success.
