Wanted to let you know I used to have severe digestive issues & had to use Tums & Tagamet several times a week. When I began using Bio X4, after a week I no longer had to use anti-acids. And since then have not had any of the terrible digestive issues.
After trying several different brands of probiotics, I found Bio X4 to be one of the best ones on the market and highly recommend trying it for at least a month.
