In the first two months, I lost 17 lbs! I followed your instructions just the way you told me to. I did stay away from carbs and sweets and I exercised at least 30 minutes a day. I took BIO X4 three times a day with a bottle of water before I ate my meals. I did not have any cravings between meals. I am a big carb and sweet eater. So this product really worked for me. I really wanted to get on a real healthy way of life, and BIO X4 really helped me to do so.
